the streets are talking

new york fashion week

oh how i want to be there so badly!

i was just reading the blog, gold and gray, and she shared photos from new york fashion week taken by street photographer, Tommy Ton. 

in my opinion, walking the streets of new york would be just as great as going to the shows. 

look at these photos and notice everything. 

the stud details, colors of the fabric, the colors they pair together, 

accessories accessories accessories. 

embroidery, tassels, sequins, gold, chiffon, mixed prints, hats,

ostrich, snake, crocodile, leather, spikes, metallics, 

sunglasses: pastel, gold, cat-eye, tortoise, aviators, 

berry lips, red lips, nude makeup, red nails, 

oversized hats, tailored hats.

the list obviously goes on...

also, notice the people in the back and what they are wearing:

everything from missoni skirts to sweat pants. 

fashion is just fabulous.

Together, payton turner and brian kasper

have launched a wallpaper shop in Brooklyn where they sell and make 

"original, hand-drawn, hand-printed, and bespoke wallpapers"

in patterns with eccentric names like

"Beastly Guardians" and "Dandelion Creatures."

how fabulous is everything?

i am literally dying over these images.

from their website, they seem like the kindest people. 

i would love to meet them and see a sticker wallpaper in person.

i'm totally obsessed.
