silk

beautiful silk ribbons are an inspriation to and art project i am about to create.... it's all a part of my new years resolution (that i just made), which it is to paint/do a piece of artwork ONCE a month. that may not seem like a lot, but i have not painted in FOREVER. and i love to paint! and it's already january 25 and i have done nothing to progress this resolution. sad... it's only the first month and i am slacking! so, hopefully i will be able to post those up as i finish them!

ok, so i'm not talking about olivia newton john here (although i really do think she looks HOT in her leather leggings at the end of grease).
i am talking about another fabulous olivia.
olivia palermo.
-who coincidentally wears leather leggings too and looks equally as cool in them

ok... so instead of my everyday workout clothes, i think i am going to change into heels, sequins (i have enough for everyone to wear if ya'll would like), feather skirts (does my feather dress work?), leopard wedges (check), CORAL NAILS (check), and i am about to go buy leather leggings.

i heart emersonmade, for like ever

ok, so i know i already posted a blog post about emersonmade, and i think i will do it again because
1. she's just so stinking cute (and so is her hubby)
2. i got a pair of her jeans... and i love them. although, i do have to get them hemmed before i can wear them
3. i am obsessed with home interiors (obvious because of my major) and i think she is too. look at her really cool house
